Corporate ProfileThe Goldsborough Group's origins date back to 1982 when the financial planning industry was in its absolute infancy. Since that time we have grown our business steadily to the position where we now have sixteen employees and advisers helping to look after our client's financial affairs. In 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 we entered the Telstra Business Awards and are proud to have been finalists on each occasion. Goldsborough is majority owned by several of the advisers and key staff. The company is managed and run by staff in our offices in Adelaide, South Australia. DKN Financial Services Pty Ltd, a listed company based in Melbourne, is also a minority shareholder. Importantly we have no ownership links with any Bank, Credit Union, Life Company or Fund Manager. Goldsborough Financial Services Pty Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services License (Number 225330) issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Goldsborough is also a Principal Member of the Financial Planning Association, the industry's peak professional association.
